(1) A company wishing to obtain a license to supply labor may submit an application to the office of the relevant area and in the case of an area having more than one office to the department in the format as per Schedule-7.
(2) When making an application according to sub-rule (1), the following documents and details must be attached to the application: (a)   Attested copy of company registration certificate,
(b)    Certified copy of the Articles of Association and Articles of Association of the company,
(c)    Attested copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate,
(d) Proof of payment of tax or revenue to be paid to the Government of Nepal in accordance with the prevailing law, (e) Attested copies of citizenship certificates of directors of the company,
(f) particulars of the work or service for which the labor is intended to be supplied,
(G) Other necessary documents and details specified by the department or office.
